About AppBreakup
We help people leave software that no longer fits them, and find what to use instead.
Most software directories are hard to trust: rankings come without reasons, and listings go stale. AppBreakup works the other way around: every fact links to its source, and the order of every list comes from a published formula that treats every app the same.
Our checker regularly re-reads the pages behind every fact. When a quote disappears, often because a price changed or a product was acquired or shut down, the fact is flagged in change alerts until it's re-checked. When you leave an app, you can tell others why in a review of the app you moved to.
