About Shiprocket
Shiprocket is India's best-known courier aggregator for online sellers. Instead of signing contracts with each courier, a seller connects their Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon or other store, and Shiprocket pulls in orders, recommends a courier for each parcel, prints labels, books pickups and tracks delivery. It supports cash on delivery with remittance, handles failed-delivery follow-ups and returns, and offers branded tracking pages. Around shipping it has grown into a wider suite: international shipping, B2B cargo, quick local delivery, fulfilment warehouses, a checkout product and working-capital loans. Pricing combines a monthly plan, including a free tier for very low volumes, with per-shipment courier charges paid from a prepaid wallet; higher plans lower the average shipment rate. It is aimed at small and mid-sized D2C brands, marketplace sellers and social sellers shipping within India. It runs on the web with mobile apps.
