About Tutor LMS

Tutor LMS, made by Themeum, is a WordPress plugin for creating course sites and multi-instructor marketplaces. The free, GPL-licensed plugin already includes a front-end course builder, lessons, quizzes, instructor registration and reports, and Tutor LMS Pro adds native ecommerce with subscriptions and memberships, certificates, content drip, prerequisites, a gradebook, AI course tools and Zoom and Google Classroom integrations. It is generally cheaper than LearnDash and friendlier for non-developers thanks to its drag-and-drop builder. As with any WordPress LMS, you are responsible for hosting, updates and compatibility with your theme and other plugins. Pro is sold as a yearly or lifetime licence by number of sites. It runs anywhere WordPress does. Tutor LMS suits WordPress users, schools and small training businesses that want a capable LMS without a monthly platform fee.

Best for: WordPress users who want a free LMS plugin with a visual builder and optional Pro features.
