About Behance
Behance is Adobe's community for showing creative work. Designers, illustrators, photographers, motion artists and other creatives publish projects to a portfolio, follow each other and get discovered by clients through search, curated galleries and a hiring page. Beyond showcasing, it now works as a marketplace: you can list freelance services, send proposals, get paid through PayPal or Stripe, apply to full-time jobs and sell downloadable assets. A free account covers publishing, messaging and transactions with a platform fee taken on each sale. Behance Pro is a paid subscription that removes those fees and adds detailed analytics, project boosting, scheduling, password-protected projects, profile customisation and an Adobe Portfolio website with custom domains. It works in the browser and through iOS and Android apps, and connects well with Adobe's other tools. Because the audience is mostly other creatives, it's better for visibility within the industry than for reaching general consumers.
Best for: Designers, illustrators and photographers who want a free portfolio and freelance leads.
