About PDF Arranger
PDF Arranger does one job: rearranging the pages of PDF files. Open one or more documents and their pages appear as thumbnails that you drag into a new order, rotate, crop, duplicate or delete, then save the result as a new PDF. It also merges several files into one, splits documents apart, and can insert blank pages or images as pages. It is a small Python and GTK application, free and open source under the GPL, and is most at home on Linux, where it is packaged by most distributions and on Flathub; Windows builds are also published. It does not edit text, fill forms, add signatures or run OCR, so it complements rather than replaces a full PDF editor. For people who just need to fix page order before printing or sending a document, it is quicker than uploading files to an online PDF service.
Best for: Linux users who need to merge, split or reorder PDF pages offline.
