About Reqable
Reqable combines an intercepting proxy, like Charles or Fiddler, with an API testing client, like Postman. As a proxy it captures HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS traffic, including HTTP/2, WebSocket, gRPC and server-sent events, with filters by app, domain and type. You can rewrite or map requests, set breakpoints, throttle the network, diff two responses and run Python scripts against traffic. Any captured request can be turned into a saved API request, and the client side supports collections, environments, authorization and imports from Postman and Hoppscotch. It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux, and also has standalone Android and iOS apps that can forward phone traffic to the desktop. A free Community edition, allowed for commercial use, has rule and history limits; Premium is sold yearly or as a lifetime licence, and Enterprise adds team features and private deployment.
Best for: Developers who want traffic capture and API testing in one app across desktop and mobile.
