About Decktopus
Decktopus generates a presentation from a short description: you give it a topic, audience and goal, and it produces a deck with structure, layouts, images and speaker notes that you then edit in a simple template-based editor. It adds features aimed at presenters, including a rehearsal coach called Loop for practising delivery, audience Q&A and feedback forms, and analytics on shared decks. Brand settings keep fonts and colours consistent, and decks can be presented in the browser or exported to PDF and PowerPoint. Pricing is subscription-based with Pro and Business tiers and discounts for annual billing. It runs in the browser with mobile access. The fixed templates make it fast but limit customisation, and generated text often needs a thorough rewrite to sound like you. Its marketing claims are bold, so it's worth trying it on a real deck before committing to a year.
Best for: Solo presenters who want a fast AI draft plus help rehearsing.
