Emplifi, formerly Socialbakers and Astute, is an enterprise platform for social marketing, social customer care and social commerce. Its social marketing product covers planning and publishing, competitive benchmarking built on data from a large number of brands, influencer discovery, community management and AI-driven insights, while separate modules handle customer care across messaging channels, user-generated content and shoppable galleries. Large consumer brands use it to benchmark against competitors and coordinate many regional accounts. Pricing is sales-led, with published starting prices well above the small-business market, and setting it up properly usually involves onboarding with the vendor. It is too heavy and too expensive for small teams, and some modules overlap with tools a company may already own. It runs in the browser with mobile apps.
