About LeakIX

LeakIX crawls the internet, indexes public services and runs plugins that spot common misconfigurations, such as open databases, exposed admin panels and leaked credentials. Results split into services and leaks, and the site also offers a graph view and reports. The project pairs scanning with disclosure: newly found leaks are held for a 30-day grace period, during which hosting companies and CERTs are warned about critical ones and only trusted researchers can see them, before they appear in the public index. Volunteer researchers use it to send reports to affected organisations. Anonymous users can search with rate limits, and a free account adds API access with results delayed by 15 days. Paid monthly plans, priced in euros, remove the delay, add critical and RCE plugins, alerting on your own resources and result downloads, with the top plan aimed at commercial use. It runs in the browser with an API. It suits bug bounty hunters and small security teams; it indexes less than the largest scanners.

Best for: Bug bounty hunters and small security teams hunting exposed services and data leaks.
