About Prezi

Prezi made its name with zooming presentations on an open canvas instead of linear slides, letting you move between topics and zoom into details. It has since reshaped itself around what happens in the room: you import existing PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva or PDF decks, or describe a topic and let AI build one, then add polls, quizzes, Q&A and word clouds that the audience joins by scanning a QR code with no app or account. After the session, people get a shareable page with the presentation, flashcards, self-tests and a narrated video or podcast version, and presenters see results by question. Prezi Video, which overlays content next to you on camera, still works with Zoom and Teams. There is a free starter plan and paid plans for individuals, education and teams. The zooming style can feel dizzying if overused, and the frequent product shifts make some long-time users unsure what Prezi is for.

Best for: Trainers and teachers who want slides, live polls and follow-up in one place.
