About Xodo

Xodo started as a popular free PDF viewer and annotator for mobile and has grown into a document suite owned by Apryse. Xodo Web offers online tools for converting, compressing, editing and signing; Xodo PDF Studio, formerly Qoppa's PDF Studio, is a full desktop editor for Windows, macOS and Linux with OCR, redaction, comparison and batch tools; the mobile apps for iOS and Android handle reading, annotating, scanning and filling forms; and Xodo Sign, formerly eversign, covers e-signature workflows. Each part can be bought separately or together as a Document Suite subscription, and the desktop editor is also available with a perpetual licence. Short free trials are offered, and the website lets you use some tools free each day. The breadth is a strength, but the product line and branding changes can be confusing, and the free mobile app now pushes subscriptions more than it once did. The Linux desktop editor makes it a rare commercial option for Linux users.

Best for: People who want one PDF vendor across web, desktop (including Linux) and mobile.
