About 100ms

100ms is a hosted video infrastructure service for developers who want calls, live streams or audio rooms inside their own product rather than sending users to Zoom. It provides client SDKs for web and mobile, a prebuilt UI that can be dropped in and customised, server-side recording, RTMP restreaming, live and post-call transcription, and AI summaries. The company aims at use cases such as telehealth, online tutoring, fitness classes, video KYC and virtual events, and publishes comparison pages against Twilio Video, Agora and Zoom's SDK. Pricing is usage-based: a monthly allowance of free conferencing and streaming minutes, then per-minute rates per participant or viewer, with a large discount for audio-only sessions and volume deals above a monthly spend. HIPAA compliance with a signed BAA is a paid add-on on the self-serve tier. Support packages with SLAs are sold separately. The service runs in 100ms's cloud; you integrate it through SDKs and REST APIs.

Best for: Product teams adding branded video calls or live classes to an app without running media servers.
