About Chick-fil-A
The Chick-fil-A app is how the US chicken chain handles mobile ordering and its Chick-fil-A One loyalty program. You can order ahead for pickup or drive-thru, get delivery, place catering orders for groups, save favourite meals and customise items. Every qualifying order earns points that can be swapped for free food, starting with small items such as an ice cream cone and going up to larger entrées. Members move through Silver, Red and Signature tiers as they spend more, and higher tiers add perks like gifting rewards to friends. If you pay in the restaurant without the app, you can scan the receipt afterwards to claim points. The app and the rewards program are free; you only pay for food. It suits regular Chick-fil-A customers in the US, but it only covers one chain, and restaurants are closed on Sundays, so the app can't help then.
Best for: Regular Chick-fil-A customers who want faster pickup and free food from points.
