About Dunkin'

Dunkin' is a US coffee and donut chain, and its app is built around ordering ahead so the drink is ready when you arrive. You can customise drinks, place an order for pickup or drive-thru, pay in the app or at the counter, and reload a Dunkin' card. Dunkin' Rewards, the loyalty program that replaced DD Perks, gives points on purchases that can be spent on free drinks and food, and members get app-only offers and occasional promotions such as free coffee codes. The app is free; you only pay for what you order. It is aimed at US customers: the US website isn't available outside the country, and Dunkin' locations abroad are run by local franchise operators with their own apps, if any.
