About Dabble Me
Dabble Me turns journaling into answering an email. Each day (or on the days you pick) it sends a short message asking how your day went, and you simply hit reply; your answer becomes a journal entry. Each email can also include a 'blast from the past', an older entry from the same period, which is one of the features long-time users like most. Entries can be read, searched and edited on the website, and you can export your data at any time. Because it lives in your inbox, it works on any device without installing an app. The core service, including email entries, reading them online and exports, is free forever; PRO, billed monthly or yearly, adds prompts, photos, search, rich text formatting and insights. The code is open source under the MIT licence on GitHub. It suits people who never stick with journaling apps, but it relies on email, and there are no mobile apps or offline mode.
Best for: People who never stick with journal apps but always answer email.
