About Gong
Gong made its name by recording sales calls and emails, transcribing them and showing managers what top reps do differently, which deals are at risk and what customers keep asking about. It has since grown into what it calls a revenue AI operating system: Gong Engage handles prospecting sequences, Gong Forecast covers pipeline and forecast reviews, Gong Enable supports coaching and training, and AI agents automate follow-ups, CRM updates and forecast corrections. All of it sits on the Revenue Graph, a store of every captured customer interaction. Gong is used mainly by mid-size and large B2B sales, customer success and RevOps teams; it reports more than 5,000 customers. Pricing isn't published. Licences are charged per user plus a platform fee that depends on team size, and integrations with your existing tools are included. It runs in the browser with mobile apps and connects to the major CRMs, calendars and video meeting tools. Small teams that only want meeting notes can get that much cheaper elsewhere.
