About Meta Business Suite
Meta Business Suite is Meta's own free dashboard for running Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts. It lets you schedule posts, stories and reels for both networks, see a shared inbox for Messenger, Instagram Direct and comments, set up automated replies, view basic insights and manage ads from the same place. Because it comes from Meta, it gets new Facebook and Instagram features early and doesn't depend on third-party API limits. The obvious limitation is that it only covers Meta's platforms, so anyone also posting to LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube or X needs another tool. Analytics and team collaboration are basic, and the interface changes often, which can be confusing. It is completely free with a Meta business account. It runs in the browser and through the Meta Business Suite app on iOS and Android. It suits small businesses whose social presence is mainly Facebook and Instagram.
