About Routinery
Routinery focuses on routines rather than individual habits. You build a sequence of steps, such as drink water, stretch, shower, review the day, give each a duration, and the app runs them like a timer, moving you to the next step and keeping the order consistent so the routine becomes automatic. It comes with ready-made templates, including ones based on popular books and challenges, and adds streaks, reminders, statistics and home-screen widgets. The approach is especially popular with people who struggle to get started or lose track of time, including many with ADHD. The company says more than five million people have used it. A limited set of routines is free; Premium unlocks the rest and is sold as a subscription, with a lifetime plan sometimes discounted. It runs on iPhone and Android. For simple yes/no habit tracking, a regular habit app is quicker.
Best for: People who want guided, timed routines that keep them moving from one step to the next.
