About Squarespace Domains
Squarespace Domains is the domain registration service from Squarespace, and the home of most former Google Domains customers after Squarespace took over that business. You can search for and register names across hundreds of extensions, transfer existing domains in, and manage DNS without buying a Squarespace website. Each eligible domain includes WHOIS privacy, DNSSEC, SSL, email forwarding, URL forwarding, ad-free parking pages and two-factor account security at no extra charge, and prices are shown with taxes and fees included. Extras include Google Workspace email and Pay Links for collecting payments on a custom domain. Domains are paid yearly; if you also take an annual Squarespace website plan, the first year of one domain is free. It suits people who want a clean, simple registrar with privacy built in, especially those who came over from Google Domains, while bargain hunters may find cheaper renewals at Cloudflare or Porkbun.
Best for: People who want a simple registrar with privacy and forwarding included.
