About Synthflow
Synthflow builds AI voice agents for phone calls: booking appointments, answering store questions, qualifying leads and routing callers. Agents connect to existing phone systems, with built-in links for Zoom Phone, Five9, RingCentral, 8x8, Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage and Freshcaller, so companies can keep their numbers. During a call an agent can read and update CRMs and calendars such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and it hands off to a human when needed. The company focuses on mid-market and enterprise contact centres and emphasises compliance, citing SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS, plus signed HIPAA BAAs and US or EU data residency. Early versions were marketed as a self-serve no-code builder. Today it is sold only as an annual enterprise agreement scoped to call volume and integrations, with no free plan, trial or per-minute rate. Small businesses and developers wanting to experiment will find usage-priced platforms easier to start with.
