About Unito

Unito focuses on one job: keeping records in sync, both ways, between work tools. Instead of one-off trigger-action automations, you set up flows that mirror tasks, tickets, issues, contacts or rows between apps such as Jira, Asana, Trello, ServiceNow, Salesforce, HubSpot, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet and Google Sheets, with field mappings and rules for which items sync. Changes on either side, including comments and statuses, flow back and forth, so teams on different tools can collaborate without copying work by hand, for example engineering in Jira and customer success in Salesforce. It now also pitches syncing data for AI agents. The connector list is far shorter than Zapier's, since each connector supports deep two-way syncing rather than single actions. Pricing is based on the tools you connect, the number of items kept in sync and features, with self-serve plans and a free trial, while enterprise plans add on-prem connectors and SSO. It is browser-based.
