About Zoho Sign

Zoho Sign is the e-signature part of the Zoho suite, and it works on its own or with Zoho CRM, Books, People and other Zoho apps. It covers sending documents for signature, templates, signing order, reminders, in-person and bulk signing, signer authentication, audit trails and an integrated document store, with SignForms for public self-service signing. Integrations reach beyond Zoho to Google Workspace, Microsoft apps and cloud storage such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox and Box, and there are REST APIs for automating sending. A free plan allows a handful of documents per month; Standard, Professional and Enterprise plans are priced per user and raise or remove the document limits, and a 14-day trial needs no card. There are mobile apps for iOS, iPadOS and Android and desktop apps for macOS and Windows. It is particularly good value for businesses already using Zoho, though the interface follows Zoho's style and feels busier than single-purpose rivals.
