About SignWell

SignWell, formerly Docsketch, is an e-signature service aimed at small and mid-sized businesses that want legally binding signatures without enterprise complexity. You upload a document, drag fields onto it, send it to signers and track progress, with reminders, templates, signing order and an audit trail on every document. Paid plans add more senders, unlimited templates and documents, branding, bulk sending and team workspaces, and integrations reach thousands of apps through Zapier and similar tools. SignWell also sells a REST API for embedding signing in other products and offers an MCP server so documents can be sent from AI assistants. Every account starts on a free plan with a monthly document limit, and paid plans are priced per sender. The company emphasises SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA support across plans. It lacks some advanced enterprise features such as complex conditional routing or deep identity verification, but for straightforward signing it is easy to recommend.

Best for: Small businesses that want simple signing with a free plan and no enterprise overhead.
