About Bluedot
Bluedot captures audio and video from your browser or desktop rather than sending a bot, so it works with Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack huddles, phone calls and in-person meetings without anyone else installing anything. It then writes transcripts and summaries in more than 100 languages, with custom note templates, and can update your CRM, Notion and other tools automatically. It is available as a Chrome extension, Mac and Windows desktop apps, iOS and Android apps and an Apple Watch app, and offers a Claude connector, a ChatGPT plugin and MCP access. Bluedot says customer data is never used to train AI models, and it is GDPR compliant and SOC 2 audited. The free plan is a short taster limited to a handful of meetings in total; paid plans per user per month start with audio-only recording and go up to video, longer recordings and CRM or ATS integrations.
Best for: People who want bot-free recording, with video, on every device they use.
