About Jamie

Jamie runs on your Mac, Windows PC or iPhone and captures meetings from your device audio, so no bot appears in the call. It works with Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and any other platform, and also records in-person conversations, then writes structured notes, decisions and tasks, and offers an assistant you can ask about past meetings and connected tools. Notes and transcripts work in more than 99 languages, and custom vocabulary helps with names and jargon. Its privacy stance is the main selling point for European and regulated customers: data is stored and processed within the EEA and Switzerland, audio isn't stored, models aren't trained on your data, and it is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant. Prices are in euros, with a free plan limited by notes per month and meeting length, Plus and Pro tiers for individuals, and Team and Enterprise for organisations.

Best for: European and regulated teams who want bot-free notes with EU data residency.
