About Breathe
Breathe is a UK HR platform for small businesses with up to about 250 people. It replaces spreadsheets and paper files with employee records, holiday and absence management, sickness tracking, rotas, document storage, onboarding, performance reviews, learning records and health and safety tools, all designed around UK employment practice. It is deliberately simple, aimed at owners and office managers rather than dedicated HR teams, and Breathe partners with HR consultants and accountants who resell or support it. Plans are sized by headcount on a commitment-free basis, and there is a free trial without a credit card. It runs in the browser with a mobile app. It does not include payroll, so you will need a payroll provider alongside it, and companies with complex structures or international staff will outgrow its features.
