Rippling is an all-in-one workforce platform built on a single employee database. Its HR side covers onboarding, payroll in the US and many other countries, benefits administration, time and attendance, performance and learning; its IT side manages app access, single sign-on, device management and inventory; and it adds spend management with corporate cards and expenses. The point is automation across those areas: hire someone and Rippling can set up payroll, benefits, laptops and accounts in one go. It also offers employer-of-record and contractor payments abroad. Pricing is modular and quote-based, so you pay for the products you turn on, and promotions such as free months are common. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps. The trade-offs are cost once you add several modules, a sales-led buying process, and a platform that can be more than a very small business needs.
