About HiBob

HiBob makes Bob, an HR platform aimed at mid-sized, often multi-country companies that have outgrown basic HR tools. It covers the core employee record, onboarding, time off and attendance, performance and goals, compensation planning, surveys, workforce planning and payroll, with payroll run directly in some countries and through partners elsewhere. Bob puts a lot of weight on the employee experience, with a social-style people directory, shout-outs and clubs, and it has added AI features and an MCP connection that gives AI assistants access to people data. Pricing is quote-based, per employee per month, built from a core package and add-on modules. It runs in the browser with iOS and Android apps.
