About Character.AI

Character.AI is a platform for talking to AI characters rather than a general-purpose assistant. Users create characters with a few lines of description or detailed settings, and millions of characters made by the community cover fictional figures, games, tutors, companions and original creations. It added voice calls, group chats, scenes and image features over time, and offers several chat styles tuned for roleplay.
