About ConceptDraw DIAGRAM

ConceptDraw DIAGRAM, from CS Odessa, is a desktop diagramming application for macOS and Windows covering flowcharts, network diagrams, floor plans, org charts, infographics and business graphics. Content is organised into solutions: packs of templates, samples and vector shape libraries for particular jobs, some free and some paid, which you add through the ConceptDraw STORE. Diagrams can be exchanged with Visio users on both platforms, and exported to PDF, SVG, HTML and common image formats. It is part of the ConceptDraw OFFICE suite alongside MINDMAP and PROJECT, which can share data between them. You buy it as a licence after a free trial. It suits Mac users who need Visio-style business diagrams and Visio file compatibility, but the interface feels dated, there is no browser version or live co-editing, and the solution add-on model can make costs hard to predict.
