About Converseen

Converseen is a desktop app for processing a pile of images in one go. You add files, pick an output format, and it converts, resizes, rotates, flips and renames them all with one click. It can also turn every page of a PDF into separate images, and pull pictures out of Windows icon files. Under the hood it uses the ImageMagick library, so it reads and writes more than 100 formats, including WebP, HEIC, AVIF, TIFF and SVG. The interface is a simple list of files with a settings panel, which suits people who want bulk resizing for a website or a photo dump without learning command-line flags. It is a one-person project released under the GPL 3 licence, completely free with no paid tier, and it runs on Windows (installer or portable), Linux (Flatpak, Snap, AppImage and distro repos), macOS and FreeBSD. It does fewer editing actions than XnConvert, with no watermarks, colour filters or watch folders.

Best for: Anyone who wants a free, simple GUI for bulk converting and resizing images on any desktop OS.
