About GanttProject

GanttProject is a desktop application for planning projects on a Gantt chart. You break work into tasks and milestones, link them with dependencies, assign people and track costs, then view the plan as a Gantt chart, a resource load chart or a PERT diagram. It runs locally and offline on Windows, macOS and Linux, keeps project files on your own computer, and needs no account. It can read Microsoft Project MPX, MPP and XML files, and export to formats such as PDF, PNG and CSV, so it is a common choice for people who receive Microsoft Project plans but do not want to buy a license.
