About Wrike

Wrike is a work management platform aimed at mid-sized and large organisations that run many projects across departments. Projects and folders can be viewed as lists, boards, tables, Gantt charts and calendars, and work can enter through dynamic request forms with conditional logic, which makes it popular with marketing, creative and PMO teams that handle a steady stream of incoming requests. Paid tiers add resource and workload planning, proofing for creative assets, approvals, custom item types and blueprints for repeatable processes, plus reporting and AI features for summaries and risk prediction. The flip side is complexity: the interface has many options, setup takes thought, and the most interesting features sit on the Business tier and above. There is a free plan for small teams, then per-user Team, Business and Pinnacle plans, with enterprise options priced through sales. Wrike runs in the browser and has desktop apps for Windows and Mac plus mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Best for: Larger teams that handle many incoming requests and need resource planning.
