ClickUp tries to replace several tools at once, combining tasks, docs, whiteboards, goals, chat and time tracking in one workspace. Tasks can be viewed as lists, boards, Gantt charts, calendars and more, with custom fields and statuses for each space. Automations, dashboards and an AI assistant are layered on top. The breadth makes it attractive to teams consolidating apps, but the number of options can make setup and navigation overwhelming.
