About Getscreen.me

Getscreen.me lets you control computers from a web browser without installing a viewer: the remote machine runs a small agent, or a one-off support link for attended help, and you connect from any browser or the mobile app. It covers both personal use and IT support, with permanent unattended access, screen sharing, file transfer, Android device control and team features such as shared device access, technician accounts and LDAP/Active Directory synchronisation. A Chrome extension gives quick access to your account. A free version needs no card and covers a small number of permanent devices, a Personal Lifetime licence is a one-time payment, and business plans are subscriptions. Organisations that need to keep traffic in-house can buy a self-hosted server version, and there is an HTTP API and OEM option for embedding it into other products. Browser-based streaming is convenient but can feel less responsive than native apps on demanding work.

Best for: Support teams and individuals who want to connect from any browser without installing a viewer.
