About Zoho Assist
Zoho Assist is Zoho's remote support product for help desks and IT teams. Technicians start attended sessions by sending a link or code to a customer, or keep unattended agents on company machines, and work from a browser console or desktop app. Features include file transfer, multi-monitor navigation, reboot-and-reconnect, session transfer between technicians, session recording, wake-on-LAN and computer grouping, with integrations into Zoho Desk and third-party help desks such as Zendesk and Freshdesk. Plans are split between Remote Support for customer-facing teams and Unattended Access for IT teams, priced per technician with yearly discounts; a Corporate tier covers bigger teams. A free edition stays free indefinitely for light use, and paid tiers come with a 15-day trial that needs no card. Customers can be supported on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android and Chromebook devices. Teams already on Zoho tools get the most out of it.
Best for: Help desks wanting inexpensive cloud remote support, especially those already using Zoho.
