Lattice is best known for performance management: review cycles, calibration, promotions and performance improvement plans, plus one-to-ones, weekly updates and feedback that come with every product. It also sells goals and OKRs, engagement and pulse surveys, compensation planning, career growth tools and an HRIS with payroll for US companies, and it has added an AI agent that answers questions and coaches managers. Pricing is per seat per month for each base product, with add-ons, a minimum annual agreement, and contracts billed annually.
