About MeetGeek

MeetGeek records and transcribes Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meetings, either through a bot or bot-free via its Chrome extension and desktop recorder, and you can upload your own audio or video files. It transcribes in more than 100 languages with automatic speaker recognition, then writes summaries, highlights and action items using templates per meeting type, and can push results to CRMs, project tools and messaging apps. Its pitch is automating post-meeting busywork, such as sending recaps and updating records, and it exposes an API and MCP server so Claude or ChatGPT can query your meetings. Mobile apps cover in-person conversations. The free plan offers a few hours of transcription a month with limited storage; Pro and Business raise the hours, add longer retention and team features, with extra hours charged per hour, and Enterprise is custom. Discounts are offered to startups, non-profits and education.

Best for: Teams that want bot or bot-free recording and automated follow-ups in many languages.
