About Orca Security
Orca Security is a cloud-native application protection platform (CNAPP) for companies running on public clouds. Its main idea is SideScanning: instead of installing an agent on every virtual machine or container, Orca reads workload storage through the cloud provider's APIs and builds an inventory of vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, exposed secrets, sensitive data and risky identity permissions. Findings are combined into attack paths and scored, so a security team sees which handful of issues actually expose important assets. Newer modules add code and infrastructure-as-code scanning, AI model inventory, API security and an optional runtime sensor for detection and response. It supports AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud, and integrates with Jira, Slack and SIEM tools. Orca is sold to mid-sized and large companies on custom annual contracts, also through cloud marketplaces; there's no self-serve price list.
