About Resources
Resources is a system monitor for Linux built in the current GNOME style with GTK4 and Libadwaita. A sidebar lists each part of the machine, the processor, memory, GPUs, network interfaces, storage drives and batteries, and each page shows live graphs and details for that component. Separate Apps and Processes views let you see what is using the most CPU, memory or GPU and end, kill or otherwise control it. It sits in a similar space to Mission Center, with a cleaner, more GNOME-native look and battery monitoring that is handy on laptops. It is distributed through Flathub and some distributions' repositories, is listed in the Apps for GNOME directory, and is free and open source under the GPL-3.0-or-later. It is Linux only. Compared with a terminal monitor like htop it trades some density of information for a friendlier graphical layout, and it has fewer per-process options than GNOME's older System Monitor.
Best for: GNOME users who want a clean, modern view of hardware usage, including laptop batteries.
