About ShipBob
ShipBob is a third-party logistics (3PL) company for direct-to-consumer brands. You connect your store, send your inventory to its warehouses, and ShipBob picks, packs and ships each order, handles returns, and can split stock across regions so parcels travel shorter distances. It runs a network of fulfillment centres in the US, Canada, the UK, Europe and Australia, and also covers international shipping, B2B and retail orders, and custom packaging. The dashboard for tracking inventory and orders is included at no extra cost, and it connects to the common store platforms and marketplaces or to your own systems through an API. Pricing is quoted per customer and is made up of receiving, storage, pick-and-pack and shipping fees, so there is no public price list. It suits small and mid-size brands that have outgrown packing orders themselves, rather than very small sellers shipping a handful of parcels a week.
