About ShipStation
ShipStation is shipping software for online sellers who take orders from several places at once. It imports orders from stores and marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart and TikTok Shop, compares rates across a long list of parcel and freight carriers, and prints labels in batches with automation rules for packaging and service choice. Sellers can use ShipStation's own discounted carrier rates or connect their own carrier accounts. Higher plans add inventory, warehouse and returns tools, branded tracking pages and more user seats. Pricing is a monthly subscription tiered by how many shipments you send, with a free trial; there is no free plan. It is strongest for US-based merchants shipping with USPS, UPS and FedEx, though it also supports carriers in Canada, the UK and Australia. A separate ShipStation API product serves developers who want label and rating endpoints without the app.
