About Supernormal
Supernormal began as an AI notetaker that joined Google Meet, Zoom and Teams calls and wrote summaries. It now records meeting notes without a bot and has expanded into an AI workspace where those notes become the starting point for client work: generating documents, presentations, spreadsheets and images, organised into projects, with an MCP connection to other AI tools. Pricing moved to a credit model: the free plan, which needs no card, includes a small daily and monthly credit allowance and the notetaker, while Team and Business plans pool credits across an organisation and add admin features such as SSO and audit logs; you pay for the credits your team uses. That makes it different from per-seat notetakers. If you mainly want meeting notes, the free tier covers light use. Heavier users should check how quickly credits are consumed, since generating documents and slides draws on the same allowance.
Best for: Teams that want bot-free notes and to turn meetings straight into documents and slides.
