Its newest version adds an AI builder that turns a description into a working React app with database, logins, roles and hosting, which you can then refine. It is often compared with Knack and Caspio and used for client portals, field-service apps, case management and HIPAA-sensitive workflows in healthcare and education. The company recently moved new sign-ups to tadabase.com with credit-based plans: a free plan with daily credits and no card, then Starter and higher tiers priced per month for the account, while existing customers on the older tadabase.io plans keep them. It runs in the browser and published apps work on mobile. The transition means documentation and plans are split across two sites for now, and complex apps still need some learning time.
