About Ninox

Ninox is a no-code database platform from Berlin that started as a Mac and iPad app and is now mainly used in the browser. You design tables, relations and forms, then add views, dashboards, document templates for invoices or contracts, and automations written in its own scripting language when point-and-click is not enough. Small and mid-sized companies, especially in German-speaking countries, use it to replace Access databases and spreadsheet systems for CRM, inventory, HR or project tracking, and a network of partners builds custom solutions. Its main selling point for European buyers is that business data stays in German data centres. Pricing has a free plan for individuals and very small teams, then Team and Business plans priced per user per month, with AI credits sold separately; prices can be shown in euros, dollars, pounds or francs. It runs in the browser, with native apps for Mac and iPad/iPhone. Its scripting language is proprietary, and English-language resources are thinner than German ones.

Best for: European small businesses replacing Access or spreadsheets with a hosted database app.
