About Together AI

Together AI is a cloud for open-source AI models. Developers call hosted models for chat, code, images, video, speech and embeddings through an OpenAI-compatible API, so code written for OpenAI usually needs little more than a new base URL and key. Beyond serverless inference it offers a batch API for cheaper offline jobs, provisioned throughput and dedicated endpoints for steady traffic, managed fine-tuning and post-training (SFT, DPO and reinforcement learning), and GPU clusters with H100, H200 and Blackwell-generation hardware for teams that want raw compute. The company also publishes research such as FlashAttention. Billing is pay-as-you-go, priced per million tokens for language models and per unit for images, audio and video, with GPU clusters billed by the hour. It is aimed at developers and AI teams who want open models in production without operating their own GPU fleet.
