About WordPerfect Office
WordPerfect Office is Corel's desktop suite for Windows, centred on the WordPerfect word processor that was once the standard in offices and is still common in law firms and government. The suite bundles Quattro Pro for spreadsheets, Presentations for slides, and, in higher editions, the Paradox database and extra tools such as an EPUB eBook publisher. WordPerfect's signature feature is Reveal Codes, which shows the formatting codes behind a document so layout problems can be fixed precisely. It also has legal tools like table-of-authorities building, built-in PDF creation and forms, and opens and saves Word, Excel and PowerPoint files alongside dozens of older formats. It is sold as paid editions (Home & Student, Standard, Professional) with a free trial and volume licensing. It runs only on Windows and has no real-time cloud collaboration like Google Docs or Microsoft 365.
Best for: Legal, government and long-time WordPerfect users who rely on Reveal Codes and .wpd files.
