About Zoho Writer
Zoho Writer is Zoho's word processor and part of its Workplace suite alongside Mail, Sheet, Show and WorkDrive. It works in the browser with real-time co-editing, comments, track changes and a distraction-free mode, and it adds features aimed at business documents: mail merge, fillable forms, document automation and e-signature collection, plus the Zia AI assistant for rewriting and proofreading. Unusually for an online editor, it also has desktop apps for Windows, macOS and Linux with full offline mode, plus iOS and Android apps and browser extensions. Individuals can use it free; businesses get it through Zoho Workplace or WorkDrive plans priced per user, with automation add-on credits. It imports and exports Word files reasonably well.
