About Zight

Zight, previously called CloudApp, is a capture-and-share tool for business teams. One app takes screenshots with annotations, records GIFs and screen-plus-webcam videos, and uploads everything to a cloud library so a link is on your clipboard as soon as you finish. Shared items show view analytics, and paid plans add calls to action, custom branding, video requests and AI features such as transcripts and summaries. It integrates with tools support and product teams use, including Zendesk, Intercom, Slack and Jira. It runs on Mac and Windows and as a Chrome extension. A free plan exists for light use, and paid plans are priced per user per month, noticeably cheaper than Loom's business tier. The editing tools are simple and the product tries to cover a lot of ground, so it is neither the best screenshot editor nor the best video editor, but it is a convenient all-in-one for support, sales and product teams.

Best for: Support and product teams sharing screenshots, GIFs and quick videos as links.
