About Zoho Tables
Zoho Tables is Zoho's take on the Airtable model, launched to sit alongside Zoho Sheet and Zoho Creator. Bases contain tables with rich field types, links between records, formulas and grid, kanban, calendar, gallery, timeline and form views, plus automations, an AI assistant for building bases and templates for common business uses. Its natural audience is the large base of small businesses already running Zoho CRM, Desk or Projects, since it connects cleanly to those apps and the Zoho One bundle, but it also works on its own. Pricing follows Zoho's usual pattern of undercutting the competition: a free plan for up to two users, and paid plans such as Professional that start from a minimum of three licences, with a free trial and no credit card required. It runs in the browser with mobile apps. It is younger and less widely used than Airtable, so there are fewer community templates and third-party integrations outside Zoho's own ecosystem.
Best for: Small businesses already on Zoho that want Airtable-style tables at a lower price.
